There’s no better way to express your feelings and show your appreciation and pride for the student in your life than with a personal ad in the yearbook.  Include your personal messages and photographs to create a memory that will last a lifetime.  Just complete the attached form and your child will become a part of this special section of the yearbook.  This year, we are excited to offer the opportunity to print in color!

Important Reminders:

• Final date for submission is December 20, 2007, by 3:00 P.M.
• Payment must be included with your order.  Checks should be payable to PVHS-Yearbook and should include your driver’s license number.
• Please do not cut, staple, tape, glue, or photocopy pictures.
• Please do not design the page on a computer program.  We may not be able to open the program on our computers.  Please only design the page on paper.

2008 Senior Ad Order Form

• You may send a sketch of the layout you would like to use, but PLEASE, do not cut or alter the pictures in any way. Just draw a rough draft of the page as you would like it to appear and in the spot where each picture is to go, jot a brief description of the picture. For example, “blue Easter outfit” or “prom picture”. If there is a part of the picture you do not wish to include, just tell us, and we will digitally remove that element.

• Members of the yearbook staff will gladly custom design your ad if you like. Send us your pictures and whatever text you want to include and we can take it from there.

• If you send reproductions of pictures please keep in mind that we cannot improve the quality of print. If it is grainy when we get it, it is likely to be slightly more so when it is reprinted.

• If you wish it include clipart on your page, please send us a good quality print of the art.
